This visa is for experienced business owners to operate a new or existing business in Australia.

- You must be below the age of 55
- You must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency
- You must have an overall successful business career
- For at least 2 of 4 fiscal years before you invited to apply must have business assets of at least AUD 400,000 or at least 10 percent of the total issued capital in listed company
- You must have total business and personal net assets of AUD 1.5 million or more
- For at least 2 of the 4 fiscal years immediately before you invited to apply for this visa must have annual turnover of AUD 3 million or more

SUBCLASS 132 VISA – COST
The visa costs AUD7,855 for the main applicant.
There is also a charge for each family member who applies for the visa with you.
- Additional applicant over 18 years old: AUD3,930
- Additional applicant under 18 years old: AUD1,960
You might have to pay an extra charge for any applicant 18 years old or older who has less than functional English. The second instalment charges are:
- Main applicant: AUD9,795
- Family members: AUD4,890
