Subclass 445 – Dependent Child Visa

A dependent child (subclass 445) visa is allows a child to stay in Australia for a dependent child, whose parent must hold a provisional partner visa 309/820. This visa was designed to enable the dependent child to remain in, or travel to, Australia and apply to be included in the parent’s unfinalized permanent visa application 801/100.
