Immigration Lawyer

Gold Migration Lawyers is an Incorporated Legal Practice in Australia. Located in Melbourne CBD with a big footprint, our team consists of highly experienced immigration lawyers with over 10 years of experience in Australian migration law. Our services cover all Australian Visa Subclasses, Appeals and Cancellations. We demystify Australia’s complicated migration rules and policies to find practical solutions for our clients. 

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Immigration Lawyer to join our team.

NOTE: Only candidates with more than 2 years of experience in dealing with migration matters will be considered. This position is not suitable for recent graduates or law students. 

Requirements:

  • experience in successfully conducting face to face consultations with clients seeking migration advice
  • excellent grooming and presentation skills
  • at least 2 years of immigration experience as an Immigration Lawyer 
  • capable of providing high level technical immigration advice independently
  • experience lodging visa applications via immi account
  • able to autonomously manage your own files from start to finish
  • hungry to advance your career long-term with a highly successful firm+ like-minded professionals who love what they do
  • have a genuine care and passion for the cases that you will be managing
  • have exceptional attention to detail
  • judicial review experience is preferred 
  • expertise in partner visas, protection visa, business visas and work visas is also mandatory
  • must possess excellent communication skills
  • excellent time management skills
