Craig Dengate is a dedicated Senior Associate Lawyer with extensive experience across all areas of Australian migration law. He advises on skilled, partner, family, student, visitor and protection visas, and is known for his clear communication, meticulous preparation and strategic approach to complex cases.

Craig regularly represents clients in difficult matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal and the Federal Circuit and Family Court, achieving successful outcomes in Visa and Citizenship appeals in the Migration and General Divisions, s501 character revocations, and judicial review applications.

Before joining private practice, Craig worked inside the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as a Senior Associate, giving him valuable insight into Tribunal processes, case management and decision-making.

Craig is a leader in the field as recognised by his previous CPD presentations for migration agents and lawyers on skilled visas and Tribunal appeals, and his contribution to OMARA assessment and examination materials.
