As an Associate Partner, Lan Mai holds a pivotal leadership role in navigating our Firm’s mission to delivering excellent clients services, shaping our culture and nurturing positive changes. As a practising lawyer and designated Chartered Accountant (CA), Lan possesses strong legal and trust accounting management skills under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (The Uniform Law), Uniform Rules and Conduct Rules.
Lan ensures that our law firm strictly adheres to our professional obligations, ethical standards and trust account regulations to safeguard our clients’ funds and maintaining integrity within the legal profession. Lan possesses a deep understanding of the Legal Profession Uniform Law framework, which governs the conduct of legal practitioners in key Australian jurisdictions. Lan works closely with our Principal to develop and implement robust policies and procedures, compliance programs and other business development plans and implementation that aligns with the latest legislative changes and industry best practices.
