Walt’s interest in migration law and passion for his clients stems from his own experience as an immigrant. Originally from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, he has gone through the visa application process himself and is driven to provide successful outcomes similar to his, as he is keenly aware of the impact this has on people’s lives.
Walt has volunteered extensively while studying law overseas, having mentored university students in corporate and commercial law, and providing initial advice to prospective clients for a variety of NFP organisations.
