Vivian is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a practicing lawyer after completing her degree in Juris Doctor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen. Vivian has also received legal education at Monash University.

With a passion for immigration law and advocacy, Vivian also has experience in practice areas such as commercial, corporate, property and family law. Since commencing her career at Gold Migration Lawyers, Vivian has gained considerable work experience in Partner visa, Protection visa, Citizenship and Visa Refusal related matters, including preparing legal submissions for the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Vivian enjoys helping her clients with great empathy and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Coming from a multicultural bilingual background, Vivian is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
